The countdown is on for the 2026 KYSHAPE Summer Conference | June 24–26 at Tates Creek High School in Lexington, and there’s never been a better time to secure your spot!

NEW! Complimentary Pre-Conference Institutes Added

We’re excited to announce two FREE pre-conference learning experiences available exclusively to registered conference attendees on Wednesday from 1:00–4:00 PM.

Choose your professional learning path:

Track 1: Leading with Impact – Healthy Schools That Thrive
Designed for school and district leaders, wellness champions, and educator teams, this interactive summit expands on the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child framework and aligns with SHAPE America’s Leading Healthy Schools initiative. Explore strategies to strengthen school climate, culture, leadership, and coordinated wellness efforts.

Track 2: Effective Practices in Adapted Physical Education
An official SHAPE America workshop focused on practical, inclusive strategies to support diverse learners in physical education settings. Gain immediately usable tools to create meaningful movement experiences for every student.

Important: Pre-conference institutes are included at no additional cost for conference attendees, but space is limited. Registration for a pre-conference track will be available as part of your conference registration confirmation.

15 Total Hours of Professional Development

With the addition of these pre-conference institutes, attendees can now earn up to 15 hours of professional development credit over two and a half days of impactful learning, networking, and inspiration.
