On behalf of the KYSHAPE Board, I’m excited to share a summary of KYSHAPE’s #MoveThrive24 Conference. The event was a resounding success!

Event Highlights:

  • Keynote: Our keynote speaker, SHAPE America President Cara Grant, brought “Big Standards ENERGY” in her keynote that set the tone for the conference.

  • Workshops and Sessions: Attendees had the opportunity to participate in various interactive sessions focused on innovative HPE teaching methods, mental health strategies, and incorporating technology in education.

  • Networking Opportunities: The conference provided numerous networking opportunities, allowing educators and professionals to connect, share ideas, and build lasting relationships.

  • KYSHAPE hosted the health.moves.minds. State and School Leaders summit officially launching the new national partnership with Booster! Visit https://kyshape.org/health-moves-minds/ to learn about the new exciting benefits (including waived fee of $2000!!) for your school with health.moves.minds. and Booster!

  • Sponsors and Exhibitors: #MoveThrive24 featured the latest products and services from leading companies in health and physical education. Special thanks to our Exhibits Manager, Billie Stone, for recruiting such a stellar lineup.
